Juliana's Story

She loves reading and playing with her brothers, and over the past year, as the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Champion for Nebraska, Juliana has talked a lot about her "fragile bones." Diagnosed as a toddler with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, this little girl and her family were relieved and excited to find specialized care in their own community. Now, they welcome families and fragile friends who travel to Children's from across the United States and several foreign countries to see experienced specialists and receive top notch care from the Children's OI team. Juliana's story - as told by this amazing child and her mother - debuted at the 2011 Children's Hospital & Medical Center Gala.
