@homoeroticfood Your 'review', which is clearly not based on having actually *tasted* the dish, strikes me as being far more pretentious than this man's cooking. Yes, people eat with their eyes, but in the end, eating with the mouth is the key to the success of any culinary creation.

This is pretentious cooking. He is putting far too many and elements on the plate and clearly he cares far too much about the presentation. The brushed chocolate sauce looks like a poo smear. Awful.
