These are the Schindler (thought Monty/KONE originally) Escalators, in the Nordstrom, South Shore Plaza, Braintree, Massachusetts.
These ride very well, although you can't get a good view of the store, like you usually can in 3-story department stores, due to the narrow escalator pit.
One minor nag, is a bouncy handrail on the Down Escalator, going from upper, to mid level.
I think that the green light is a bit of a lighter tint on the Schindlers than Montgomery Kone. That is how I could tell.

I can tell, when there's a nameplate on them. :)
I wonder why there's a light under the steps? Probably to see the step edges, prior to the yellow lines painted onto them.

@georgef551 I'm pretty sure you're right about the light. Most Schindlers that I have seen have the name engraved right at the ingress and egress, but perhaps they stopped doing that on the newer models.

Either that, or it's added upon request.
I've seen Otis escalators without the tags, but there's a clear indented void where the logo should've gone.

@georgef551 That's another possibility. I guess it looks more upscale without them.

I aggree. It makes it a bit harder to tell what they are, though.
