What an amazing program! For all who are involved...keep up the great work.

I never said it wasn't amazing, I just questioned the City's responsibility to advertise a program that was not funded at the time of this posting. As I understand it, they were doing the program knowing that the funds were not securred.

When did the funding become available. As of yesterday I was told there were no funds available to replace my light bulbs or a/c tune up?

Funding for some of the Set to Save Energy Partnership programs was temporarily suspended, but the Energy Partnership is happy to announce the pool pump and in-home survey services are continuing. If you have other concerns or if youd like to take part in the program please contact Pat Conlon at the City of Palm Desert (760-346-0611). Thank you for your feedback.

What happened to the funding?

Too bad that this program is now out of funds. Why does the city post an ad for a program that has no funds. What has happened to the contractors that were hired. If you have a deposit down for the pool pump. I'd get it back if I were you. Why let the city hold your money (at no interest). Shame on the city for advertising a program that isn't funded.
