Mt. Ontake with Himekami（千年の祈り）神道の世界

I worked in this mountain every summer for 6 years.

The power of nature. The beauty of nature. All were beyond my understanding.

In this experience, I saw the true heart of Shinto.
True Shinto is like a religion without words like Zen.
So the heart of Shinto exists in any ancient religion.
No wonder zen monks often trained in the mountains.

The heart of Shinto I experienced was "don't mess with nature." Too bad Japanese lost this heart through economic development because the people of true Shinto would never have polluted the earth.

The song of Himekami matches the view because the song is made for Shinto.
