And I have this too.
I started thinking I was in a coma ever since I got depersonalization.

Those theories sound familiar to me. When I was younger (about age 12) I thought my family were putting drugs in my food and I actually lost weight because of that. I thought my family and friends were conspiring against me and even had this crazy theory that although I was eating a normal dinner, that in fact I was eating mutilated bodies and I was in hell (very unpleasant thoughts to have at the age of 12...) and even today I sometimes think that none of this is real...
