請問這個方法同做呼啦圈功效一樣嗎??

請問有人敲帶脈後打嗝次數增加的嗎?我第一天敲帶脈總共300多下,大概敲完100多下後就開始有打嗝(排氣, 間歇性的那種)放屁的情形,但是肚子不會脹,因為有點擔心,不知道隔天要不要繼續敲,請問一下各位網友是不是也有類似的經驗?
