Twenty-one sixteenths time signature is not so common
it is a pity, I think it should be used more often especially in dance music LOL!

I never thought of these guys as the ultimate fusion instrumentalists, but this album is my favorite of that period (RTF Romantic Warrior close 2nd -- I had to buy second copies of each).
Lotsa really compelling odd meter grooves.
