Oregonian Science reporter Richard Hill was a student journalist at University of Texas. On August 1, 1966 Hill was an eyewitness to a tower shooting when Charles Whitman killed 15. But sometimes it's just the fact that people have access to weapons and fire arms that make them start thinking about killing sprees. Some are well deserved as far as we know. We have no clue what these people went through, we only have an idea. And that idea is manipulated by government officials.

There should be a shooting at Target in Woodland Hills California. Every time I go there people are insulting me saying shit that's not true.
