As I mentioned before, you might think of systema whatever you want, but you have to admit that it's rather special that an internationally aclaimed master allows being recorded while being taught and also puts it on youtube! Indeed a very humble guy.

No mean to disrespect but that's only for certain siturations it won't win you a fight at all I practiced muay thai and wung chong and id say that wudnt work is not a bad system but only for a regula joe..

@JLZ51095 no, it works other ways. listen to what they say, it has to be short and relaxed, also have your hands ready and strike when they are near you, preferebly in their soft areas on the face and try to aim at a certain point. make sure u try some of the whip lash back-slaps, very powerful
