I never knew judo was this gangsta until I started learning grappling from Chris Herzog. Geez. I would love to add this to my BJJ game. WOW!

@ajishso Yes. I've been doing karate for a year now, I'm continuing with karate but I've just had my first session of judo today and it was seriously hard core. 40 mins of ground grappling like this, they went easy on me seeing as it was my first session but they could have killed me if they wanted to on so many occasions with choke holds :P It's scary to realise just how futile my martial art is as soon as it gets to the ground.

@gonefishingstudios do both if you can. But you will notice an insane difference at Judo with good ground technique. And at BJJ if the club starts with standing then you will notice a huge differnce against others with no Judo background. But it has to be said, they both compliment each other.
