Onsite Corporate Chair Massage

This is an example of one of our massage therapists performing an on-site corporate chair massage. The session length was 30 minutes and was performed in the break room of the organization. This video has been trimmed down to just over 3 minutes. Enjoy!

It appears that she's simply focused & using her sense of feel to perform the massage. Her effort & body language shows that she's really doing a great job with strong moves. Great video. Helps get me sleepy.

I'm a massage therapist and I do chair massage. I don't look at my clients, because you can't see anything through the shirts. I look away and keep my neck in a neutral position. It allows me to focus on feeling for any tension in the body.

The gale-force wind sound effect at about a minute in must be a gag. It sure isn't relaxing, and neither are the very loud birds and crickets chirping or the too loud sound of waves lapping up on a beach.

I always loosen my visual focus while I'm doing a session. I use my hands to tell me where to go and what to do... However, when I'm doing a table massage, it is a little different because I want to see my client and watch for areas on the skin that might be contraindicated. I don't think she looks disinterested at all!

I wouldn't say she looks disinterested. I've watched lots of massage therapists on youtube and some look off into the distance or whatever but they still know what they are doing like one user said above me. The human mind is very easily distracted (we don't have much attention span =P ) but she still is paying enough attention to do the massage well. Looks relaxing.
