aah i would say this truck is great but never had a session where the spur did not strip to shreds but some reason the second gear never got damaged during its running days. did all the ajusments i could. XTM simply didnt do a good job with the mounting points for the engine. But i would have to say that it does have alot of speed.Now the truck has been striped out and pinned unto my bedroom wall LOL

proper truck :P my mammoth died from hitting kerb at bout 60 mph coz it has the force 32 engine in it and i didnt upgrade the brakes so it didnt stop it :/ the whole back end twisted and snapped :(

I had mine for over 4 years now. Smoked Savages and Revos stock. After upgrading to the MMT 70/75 metal spur gears and XTM 457, the only comp has been the brushless crowd. It just cost them MORE MONEY.

it shifts too early u need to set ya clutch so that it changes at the higher revs :)

my xtm is doing that exact same thing it sounds liek the clutch kicking in or the gears are fucke done of the other its fuckign pissin me of and im gonna get metal ones to replace em

its an awsome car i have it as well!!!
the tires only do that if u pick it up. he was just showing u the power of it.
btw, if u want it to go faster put slicks on it and harden the suspension at the front and rear then it goes like hell on the road

ur gears might of shreded because ur engine wasnt over close enough to the gears.
i have this truck it is great but if u havent got ur engine close enough to the spur gears then the power of this beast will strip ur gears no trouble.
