Fan Tour, Richmond, VA

The Fan in Richmond, VA, is a historic neighborhood just west of downtown Richmond. Way back when, "pioneering" Richmonders moved to this area to get out of the city bustle. Now the Fan is a semi-urban area with sidewalks, streetlamps, shops, restaurants, and homes ranging from single family to condos to apartments to estates. The Fan stretches from VCU to the Boulevard (we'll post a video about the Museum District later) and from roughtly Broad to Cary Streets. The shaky camera did not bother me too much. The FAN is a wonderful place to live.

I lived there in many different apartments/houses on Main Street & Grove Ave.
