my dad, my uncles and my grandpa were all boxers and I grew up watching these fights as a kid. Roberto Duran was my dads favourite but he was so disappointed by the walkaway. Marvellous Marvin Hagler was my favourite. But this was a golden era in middleweight boxing, four superb boxers

@InternationalBoy you clearly dont know that the only reason he could outrun Duran like that is cause he took advantage of Duran's excess after fights, pushing for an immediate rematch.. an in shape duran would have whooped his ass again.

@MrRoyalFatness No, my friend, there`s been a slight misunderstanding; I wasn`t saying that Duran knocked Tommy down, of course not; I was referring to the Hearns-Benitez bout, in which they both scored "flash" knockdowns. I realize that the way I had worded that comment wasn`t very clear-thanks for helping to clear that up.

@mickeyblueeyes84 lol, Any of those 4 would have knocked out Khan. Duran,Hagler would have bulldozed Khan, Hearns reach would give Khan fits before Hearns would land that big rightand spark Khan out. Leonard would have schooled Khan - bigger,faster, hits harder, much better chin - He was vastly superior to Khan.
