  • I believe that Peter Snow was the best in the election coverage when it came to mapping out swings of votes and where the votes were coming from.

  • wow, the graphics for the early 90s to mid 90s were pretty impressive at that time. they must have put a lot of money to it.

    and is it just me or does it seem like over the years the quality of the graphics are degrading?

  • Thanks for this. I can remember David Dimbleby's reaction when the computer animated helicopter landed on Peter Snow in the 2004 US election. Best of all, though, was the three-way battleground revealed in the 2005 general election: red, blue and yellow pegs through down from the map of the UK on to something that looked like a very complicated game of three-way chess.
