Tre Azam - Keynote Lecture

Tre Azam talks about his motivations to enter The Apprentice', low points in his working career and inspirations of being an entrepreneur. He comments the most important tactic in developing your business is to have clear goals and plan each step he also elaborated on the five core values by which he lives his life, creativity, knowledge, integrity and value.

Tre also commented about why he chose to talk at this event. Leeds Met has a very good reputation and I am impressed with their Institute for Enterprise '. Many of the messages Tre concentrated on were in keeping with Leeds Met's own visions as he spoke of not being afraid to go against the prevailing winds to achieve his goals and his own interpretation of Leeds Met's low charging high impact was that all customers whether spending £50 or £5000 should receive the same level of service. Tre continue to emphasis the need for people to continue to learn throughout their careers and lives

I think the key take away from this is the importance of learning constantly. Think of yourself as your own business, competing against others in your sector for the jobs you want. Develop yourself continually to give yourself that competitive advantage.
