Scandinavia has no death penalty and their crime rates are far lower than the United States. Only barbaric savage countries like Africa and the Middle east still torture and use the death penalty.

I support the death penalty in Mexico, they should go thru the process of court and if found to be organizsied of a crime orgazaction and inocent pepole found to be murdered thru them, they should be put to death as soon A.S.P The U.S.A should do the same why let another counrty try this on there pepole when the U.S.A is the same whith out race to be the reason but the statue of the crime, why give out time in prison,and have the tax payer suffer for there crime,s Justise has to be served .

I would have enforced it a long time ago. For murders, rapist, child molesters, drug dealers/ lords and for treason. Public hangings would be suitable, so that the rest wont step out of line .The death penalty for kidnappers seems to harsh(unless they murdered or raped their victims), but a long sentencing would be fair. Plus, tougher sentencing for anyone who is involved in the drug trade.

Yo estoy de acuerdo con usted,cuando me dice que por la corrupcion no funcionaria la pena de muerte.Por esto el sistema de justicia tendria que ser reformado casi en su totalidad,similar al de EEUU,donde solo con pruebas contundentes se puede administrar la pena de muerte,y bajo un jurado compuesto por gente comun y corriente sin antesedentes penales,y de amplio criterio.
