Interesting, but I did want to see the actual plumbing under the sink to figure out if theres anything unusual.

And lovethenormil is right! Without being there I can't know what is going on to the house, however if a person can do the leg work I would be happy to tell ya what to check to fix the problems. At all times drain waste lines must be vented! Can you open the wall behind the sink? As far as warm weather yes the shuttle and launch pads are right out my front door. That's your problem. You should have a vent. There are 2 kinds of vents you would not see they are a utilty vent or a skupper vent. utility vent is like a loop vent and a skupper vent is like a check value that only draw air into. ok for all you make shift plumbers out there trying to give advise......please please please ,,look at all aspects, all information, and just dont put out your dumb ass egotistical views ...why you say ?? cause every house is different in situation.. and this video is like 4 years old .... so remember the next time you walk in to someone house take a good look at things before you assume you know exactly what it is and cost the home owner unnecessary amounts of money .....squires<----lol :D
