Crysis AD (Artificial Dumbness) - AI laughs

Why this game sucks. Seems AI got even worse after 1.1 patch.

Don't post much, just read some of the harebrained comments. Same issue, several machines, clean windows/game installs, no cheats/console, no map glitches. Just bad code.

ok, you should re-install crysis and the patch, if that won't work you have pirate version...

This is a fresh install, freshly patched, on a clean updated XP installation. This is just crummy game coding. This kind of stuff can be seen in several vids here, and in review comments. A real bummer, I was anticipating this game as much as anyone as the successor to far cry, but the bugs in it ruin the experience. I'm sure crytek will address them, just too bad it was released this way.

Ok, i don't have any bugs or problems with AI, so, i think those bugs can be fixed. Ask help from crymod, i'm sure that somebody will help you.

Not that important to me. I don't expect perfection in a game, though Crysis has more bugs than I'd like. I kind of get a laugh when things like this happen.

This particular bug can be repeated on several of my machines with wildly differing hardware, by playing similarly to this area, so it is incredibly unlikely that it isn't a game issue. I'll likely send a description and recording to crytek, though I really doubt they pay much attention to such info.

the characters dont have a set path, they use their "artificial intelligence"

and intelligence is processed on the spot....therefore it doesnt have to happen on everyones version of the game.

anyways its not like its a one off, look at all the other glitches.

some morons are giving me thumbs down even though the ton of proof is on utube.

oh yh some fanboys gonna say every single one is faked....and ill end up with more thumbs down.

Hmm i never got any bugs in AI..... And this prooves that its not the games fault, its the CPU you are having, the RAM and the HDD (copy-paste all the time)

I only get, as shown in video, when i do an ignore command, then the AI that WILL spawn after the ignore command wont have "ignore" on them

yeah they studied it alright, but they forgot to make the AI a bit smarter... Killzone 2 is way ,WAY better

this one and a few others, are faked. i have achieved EXACTLY that result by using the AI ignore player in console. u can mess around with the soldiers, now they see you, now they dont.
