Hoopmixtape this vid is the *, that's why I love NBA perhaps even with its issues. I am doing this workout system that's utilized even by NBA players - "50-inch-vertical[dot]com" - already I'm jumping better and leading my team on the court!

@Favetop00 If you learn this it from the start it ani't hard, but if you allways jump whit left and dunk whit right it's hard you are not use to it :S

every athlete can jump from both two and one feet/foot but thats not the point , his one foot takeoff is mainly from his right foot which makes it harder for him to dunk because hes right handed , and takes a lot of skill . btw a natural athlete doesn't exist , every single high school / college basketball team does plyometrics and conditioning etc. soo ...
