Here's The Trick :

1.Open Calculator,MQ,Cheat Engine 5.5/5.6/5.6.1 (don't know if works on other version)

2.Retake exam on Soluna city.

3.Fight hotdog. Then,Take The Exp And Multiply it by 8. Then Put In Cheat engine the answer.

4.Fight Him again. Then Take The 2 Exp's. The First And Second.(example:1st round 11 2nd round 11 11+11=22)

5.multiply your added numbers to 8 and put the answer on cheat engine.Scan Again.

6.Double click the value.Higher Level,Higher Value

7.Click Char List And Save!

u know this method sucks u only get 1000 exp if u go to braddock steele then do the same method u get 10000 exp! 1/5
