That's the Led Zeppelin opening from the 98 Stars On Ice. Unfortunately, a full version of that routine was never recorded, to my knowledge anyway.
I think they may have left the tour before it was broadcast on American television. =[

It was the week that Take That appeared on Dancing On Ice and that's part of the training vid from Dancing On Ice: Defrosted I think. It might have been DOI Extra though.
