    You are 100% correct. Proper technique should always be performed when doing plyometric box jump exercises. Hips above knees soft landing and walk back down. Our in season program for her consists of different plyo workouts and all of them are on boxes 24" or lower. This was a 1 day lets see what you got. We have never done this height in any workouts and will not until she can do it with proper form.

  • I would have the same question as MrTrainingspecialist... can create to much PF overload. Good plyo strength though!

  • Why are you allowing her to jump on a box so high that her hips are below her knees on landing?
