  • Keep your back up more straight, your practically doing goodmornings on certain reps but, good work

  • @Chickenweng thx.. I know my back was way stronger than my legs thats why.. a lot of people are actually teaching to use more hips and back then quads now, because their much bigger and stronger muscles.. but I think you should use all muscles pretty equally, I was using too much back in this video for sure tho

  • above parallel squats none the less great workout

  • @TruthsGym ok thanks man :) time for me to research haha

  • right before and right after a workout is also a good time for simple sugars to be eaten.. Fat is actually a very crucial part of the diet, we need to eat fat to help us make all the steroid hormones especially testosterone, just make sure almost all your fats are unsaturated vegetable fats.. Fruits and vegetables are huge for aiding the body in recovery, all you need is the vitamins and minerals but taking a multivitamin doesn’t work as well.. Vitamins and minerals are absorbed better in food.

  • everyone knows that you need plenty of protein but its not good to consume more than 250g a day, people who are on steroids can handle more protein than this and use more, but for the natural people they wont digest that much.. you also need tons of complex carbohydrates to fuel your workouts and to keep you from burning muscle and proteins.. simple sugars are ok as long as you get them from fruit or honey or milk and even natural jelly.

  • @mvpmuch1992 Well I am a nutrition minor at UNC but im definitely not an expert.. The main thing to remember is that weightlifting can really tear down the body, so eating healthy becomes very important if you want to recover.. most people who are trying to build muscle and gain weight eat whatever they want, but bad food can put unnecessary stress on the digestive system and cardiovascular system as well as the lymph system(immunity)..

  • @TruthsGym hey man im trying to get back into lifting after my school exams but with the right knowledge of nutrition and what to do. think you could give me a few tips on nutrition or point me in the right direction to find out more about it man

  • @mvpmuch1992 for sure lol.. sometimes I hate squat, but it can win you championships, you know.

  • @TruthsGym fair enough man i feel the same tbh :)
