Please note
that the song begins about halfway through the recording. I was simply explaining what I have explained below for you for all of the people at camp.

Hey everyone!

I wrote this song at my friend Kelsie's house on her birthday. I asked another friend, Jenny, to give me three notes to see if I could write a simple melody from them (you know, kind of like the piano prodigies we see on the Oprah show or Ellen). Within a few minutes I had a basic song, and I added on to it later on. It still isn't finished, but I performed it at MCT PAC (Performing Arts Camp), at the Talent Show. My friend Katie recorded me playing it.
I was so blessed to have such wonderful people being so uplifting and kind to me. I really want to thank them for their support and friendship.

I hope you enjoy my song. This is only the second song I've written. I love playing the piano and singing, and I just started composing. It really is neat to take a basic melody and make a beautiful arrangement out of it.
