Nash Nardone giving out an easy step by step on how to play a really, really awesome 16th note triple "gospel fill".

All credit goes to Justyn for writing this fill. I am simply passing it on.

  • Yeah I thought so. As dumb as it sounds I have been trying to figure out for the last three years how to relax but I can't! Do you have any advice for me such as is it all in the wrists? Or is it about my grip?

  • This fill is awesome! I watched it today and spent about an hour (yeah I'm a little un-natural :P) learning it! Next time I'll play it, record it, upload it and send the video to you for your critique.

Six note fill , start in 4e !

    Awesome fill bro! Good technique

  • dude- thats sick! "holy" crap good!

  • This is a nice video. A very good one, but to improve it, I would suggest that you put the actual notation on the screen while before after or while you're playing. Even if you have to right it down on a piece of paper. I would suggest just putting it all in black marker if you were to go that route.

  • Man I literally said "DAAAAMNNNNN" out loud after watching the fill in a groove

  • Your groove is good man

  • Looks like a recording custom?
