I have been suffering from depression and panic disorder for approx 20 years. I've just listened to this and have to say I feel a little better. Nothing is immediate of course but I will listen to this again. Thanks so much for this! I got chills!! Guess that's a good sign!!

@joinery11 Allow me some time as I am a bit busy today. This will needs me explaining a theory in detail. Perhaps it would be better for me to put this information on our website considering the word limit on this reply box. But I will keep you informed. Sorry but I hope you do understand.Regards

@RenataWanderleyy re your comment on youtube. Yep felt the same, it does do some weird stuff to you but i have to say that this has actually worked, i am so much more productive. I didnt think i was even depressed or had depressive thoughts but the negative thoughts i had day to day must have impacted my life quite significantly. This piece of music in particular has affects me the most. Stick at it if you think you need to.

@DrNepal thanks for your response. Forgive me for asking but are you suggesting that the sounds somehow return me to a more simple and fundemental me, if so how? The reason i ask is i am very keen to use this to benefit my life as it has helped so much so far. I initially thought it was psychosomatic but to be fair, nothing much is going on in my brain re thoughts etc whilst i listen, i also have no expectation and so can only conclude that i hold no false hope to cling to!

@joinery11 Hi,
I should point you to the fact that it is to do with the approach in gaining an access to listeners primitive mind. Primitive mind is the mind we are born with and it knows nothing besides the fear of falling, sound and hunger. Fortunately whatever we learn later still has a base of primitive mind, which can be modified with special approaches like music therapy, subliminals, meditation, hypnotherapy and so on.
If listening with headphones, it feels like your brain is being massaged.
