If all of the items in discussion are in violation of Rule 16, why is Sen. DeMint proposing another, rather than trying to oppose the others?

I support auditing the Federal Reserve, but somehow rule violation does not seem like the proper method of doing so...

What was called a alleged "Coup" in Honduras, by the Obama Administration, was in fact just the lawful removal of a man, that had come to the end of his one term presidency, as was written in the Honduran Constitution, and on November 24, a new president will be returned by the electors.
