  • how much do you benchpress?

  • I don't do regular benches anymore because of a shoulder injury. I will do 325 and more on the smith machine but I never do less than 6 to 8 reps.

  • John M. Rowley. I used to own R&J Health Studio the gym where the movie Pumping Iron was filmed. I am 47 years old, I am a speaker and I have a book called "Climb your ladder of success without running out of gas! coming out in November.

  • I got the idea for the ending of this video from something Sylvester Stallone did. It isn't the same but it is similar. I wanted to make it motivational and Sly is the master.
