Canadian Pacific Air Lines (CP Air)
The date / timestamp says this was taken in June 1989, however the CP Air Wikipedia page says that they operated the Boeing 737-217/284 from 1966 to 1981, so I assume that it's seen here flying for Pacific Western Airlines after they took over CP Air.

Also note at 0:33, you can see the Martinair Holland 747-21AC operating in a hybrid Qantas livery when it was wetleased by them

Wow this is a blast from the past. Canadian Pacific was Canada's Pan Am... the airline with the best service, often the best routes and the friendliest crews in the sky. What a shame they merged with the always awful Air Canada.
