What are ALL the shooting modes of the canon hv20?

i know inter laced (like 60i) arent as nice as progressive like 24p, but what are there pros and cons? why would you want to shoot in 60 i? er 24 p. or what are the other modes of the hv20? i wanna make a snowboarding too film with quite a bit of slowmo. what would be my best bet??

For slowmo, use the fastest frame rate possible (60i), but real film cameras shoot in 24fps, so shooting 24p will look more like film.
