It is an excellent tool for progressive resistance, with equal and opposite pressure that result from dynamic movement. The device provides variable resistance that allows for high acceleration at the initiation of the movement with increasing resistance at the end of the movement. Using the Kicking Chain can result in more faster, better executed athletic moves.
