Heres a quick video of how to make some yummy vegan cookies n cream cupcakes and frosting. Cupcake Ingredients: 1cup Soy Milk, 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 3/4 cup Cane Sugar, 1/3 cup Sunflower Oil, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Almond Extract, 1 cup All-Purpose Flour, 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder, 3/4 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Sea Salt. 1 cup Newman-O's cookies first chopped then measured. Frosting Ingredients: 1/2 cup Nonhydrogenated Spectrum Shortening, 1/2 cup Nonhydrogenated Earth Balance Margerine, 3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar, 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 cup Soy Milk, 1cup Newman-O's cookies chopped then measured.
