2007 Yonkers, NY - We are making the sausages, Portuguese style. pork meat left for a couple of days inside of a tank with RED Wine, Garlic, hose sauce (not to much)and Louro (I don´t know the herb name in English)Then we use fresh tripes, that are left i a small container with oranges and lemon to take the smell away, ofcourse this is done after wash them real good. This is the movie were we are filling them. After this we re going to smoke them and eat them. Thats all
