How's that sneak damage bonus treating you? Ever since I specced that way in Oblivion I've found other classes to be anemic. Yes magic is powerful when it's leveled, and it looks cool and feels badass to have all these elements at your command and arcane minions just a whistle away... But there's just something compelling about effortlessly melting into the shadows before utterly OBLITERATING any enemy in your path before they even notice you.

@monkeyman2020 It's really rewarding, but sometimes it's seems I get bullshitted out of it. Like I'll sneak up to an enemy, hit them, and get no bonuses and now I've been discovered. Don't know why that happens. I swear the Shadow Master perk likes to pick and choose whenever it works as well.

@OriginalDudeboy lol btw od thumbs up on deciding stealth over magic in skyrim. i chose wood elf for the archery bonus, although khajits are the best stealth people overall. the darkness is your friend
