edwin was awesome but bryan can sing like a mf too...i actually like the later stuff more...i dont think it was a matter of no edwin no band as he didnt go anywhere either and since he didnt write shit they booted him...i think it was shitty marketing and not being pushed enough so they ended up not being as big as they should have been...this is my favorite band...but almost no one i have ever met here in the states has heard of them
