@warrbarrt Hi, there is not enough in this post so email us at info@guayaki.com for a more detailed answer: We have tested many yerba mate’s on the market and evaluated the results based on PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) content specific to our mate and we are happy to report that ours are the lowest we have ever seen. he mate used in those is studies is heavily smoked. We air dry our yerba mate now and have been doing so for years. Our San Mateo mate is 100% air-dried...
