  • Also is it just me or is that Sir Handel's old scared face at 6:01???

  • @SkarloeyRailway01 It sort of does look like it. I always thought it was the face Skarloey wore in Passengers and Polish when the narrator said "Skarloey wasn't sleeping anymore." It's sort of hard to make out.

  • Good lord! What on earth inspired MB to talk like he had no nostrils when he voiced Skarloey?! I hate that voice! :(

Other than that, not a bad episode!

  • @SkarloeyRailway01 Yeah, I agree there. Such a shame that Brandon's worst voice for a character is Skarloey's. :/

  • I feel much of this episode's popularity comes from the "shiny" novelty of seeing Skarloey's small-scale model again, rather than the storyline - which is just as repetitive as many recent CGI stories. I liked it more when I first saw it years ago, but it's not up to rewatching a lot.

Rather glaring geographical goof too - Thomas passes the Castle, Shen Valley and Gordon's Hill on the way to the Wharf. He then manages to pass these again *in the same order* on the way to the Repair Yard!

  • @TheKipperRunsAgain I always wondered the same thing about the locations!

  • @SkarloeyRailway01 looks a little like it.....

  • @SkarloeyRailway01 i hate the voice too. its sounds very unfitting, especially for an engine at Skarloey's Age.

  • @TheKipperRunsAgain i find it very hard to believe that Thomas went to all those places on the way to and from the works, yet the works is located at crovans gate. but i still like this episode. its one of my favorites.
