This song is of particular interest to musicians in that the violinist (session man Bobby Valentino) successfully sued for and won a songwriting credit for composing the violin solo, in much the same way as Mathew Fisher did with Procul Harum's Whiter Shade of Pale, which confirms the oft-repeated saying: "Where there's a hit, there's a writ."
