Kim Possible alternate credits: 5th Gig

Think of this as an "alternate opening credits" for KP, if the show had had a slightly darker edge. You could also consider this an "alternate opening credits" for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: 2nd Gig, because that anime's opening credits strongly served as a template for this video.

Continuing my "Ghost in the Shell" binge, I've moved on to the second season, called "2nd Gig." (For Gigabyte, presumably; Season 1 was called "1st Gig".)

The opening credits for 2nd Gig somehow got KP scenes running through my head, and AMV #5 came to life.

While Kim and Ron are on a mission to Tokyo to recover the ever-errant Pan-Dimensional Vortex Inducer, the PDVI becomes jacked into the TV (once again) as a certain show begins to air.... And things kinda get... discombobulated... ;)

If I'd been paying attention, I would have done Kim - Felix - Wade - Monique - Rufus - Tweebs - Ron in the beginning close-ups, instead of Kim - Felix - Tweebs - Monique - Wade - Rufus - Ron.

The modified order would have corresponded with Motoko (action girl), Togusa (normal guy), Ishikawa (hacker), Saito (black-haired sniper), Boma (bald), Pazu (spiky-haired mobster), and Batou (wisecracking partner)..... But I didn't notice all that until I'd finished formatting the video.

Amazing how well these character designs work with a darker, more serious edge. Something I've sort of sussed on my own, so to speak.
