PCI compliance really is a scam. The requirement for compliance for a brick and mortar business with low credit card sales is a yes/no questionnaire on a website. If you answer incorrectly the website basically tells you that you answered incorrectly and you should select the other answer. Yet, a fee must still be paid each year for "compliance". If you don't comply they charge you with more fees.
So, I have wrote you a novel so i'm going to go now, however if you have any questions I am more then happy to help you out. I don't charge for this :)
The magnetic strip on the back of the card holds all the info you put on your credit card application. All your banking info as well. EVEN security questions. Safe huh? Yeah, not really. Thats the point of PCI compliance. Its to either switch out OR reprogram the older equipment making it so that it does NOT store this info. Fun fact, did you know ALL terminals have a generic password? I show that to my clients. Meaning..ANYONE that can use a computer can access your info without u knowing.
He could very well be working from his home however in this video the man is sitting in a cubical. Even so,what does that have to do with PCI? PCI has to do with the MAGNETIC strip on the card. So, the business owner is the one responsible for not paying attention to their equipment. As for the guy that says "they wouldn't print the card number on the from of the card" Please rewatch the video as the NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD doesn't have anything to do with PCI.
The "Industry Expert" is a Merchant Link processing salesman working from his house! PCI Compliant? His computer isn't USB compliant! ML is part of Chase PMT- the other guy is part of the same office! These are sleazy processing whores and their partners who use the video to scare to switch to their companies. "We travelled all over to speak to the major players" yeah right. Real risk comes from slimeballs like these. The real crime is the income they collect on what you process every month!
If the credit card companies really were concerned about fraud, they wouldn't print your credit card number on the front of the card. PCI Compliance is a joke. It's a scam to get more money from businesses. The PCI scanners return issues like "your front page extensions" are a threat. This has nothing to do with credit card fraud. PCI is an attempt to give Visa the power to shut down small businesses, nothing more. It's a move in the direction of corporatism.

Internet is not secure.
NO entity in this world will make any financial transaction secure ever.
This is a big scam from the security and financial industry.
The best solution for secure financial transactions is on a different directions.
Not this way.
