Rack Deadlift 330kg Bar elevated 6in, distance from bar to feet is 15in, standing on 2x 50kg's plates.

Going through a increased frequency phase for a few weeks (from Mark Clegg advice!) Pulling as often as possible, alternating Deadlift from 4in deficit (yesterday 5@250kg), Rack pulls (today 1@330kg), and Speed dead. Also did chains deadlift 3 days ago 1@262kg+55kg chains.

  • great job, working out at a new gym? check out "Lazy man's dumbell "floor" press" by defranco for a much easier set up for those heavy ass floor presses!

  • @LEGGENDARYO Salut Mec!! Bonne année!!! Oui j'aime bien la salle. Le rack est bien. Il manque juste quelques trous vers le bas pour les rack pulls, mais bon. Je me suis surélevé de 10cm avec les 50kg, ca allait juste...

    Pendant les vacances j'ai aussi essayé le deadlift avec les chaines chez un pote, j'ai trouvé vraiment excellent. Je vais en commander une paire, si le gars de weider est d'accord pour que je les laisse là-bas. Parce qu'à l'uni je connais déjà leur réponse: NO Way!! HAHa

  • @shapolang23 Haha!! Yes and you haven't seen the first 2 tries to set up... Thanks man. I stopped all jump training about 6 weeks ago. Really concentrating on strength and increasing the training frenquency at the moment.
