Atlanta Braves outfield prospect Cody Johnson takes part in batting practice prior to the 2009 California - Carolina League All-Star Game played in Lake Elsinore on June 23. Playing for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Johnson hit .274/.363/.597 with 20 homers, 48 RBIs and five stolen bases during the first-half of the season. Johnson was selected by the Braves in the first round of the 2006 First-Year Player out of Lynn Haven High School in Florida.
