I have played my nuker with those exact tactics. I took TGW epi at GL4, in BP (where PS nukers hit too). I have made GL-HM in 1 month without cards, playing events only. (and not all of them).
I will post here answers to all the questions asked in the comments.

Q: Are nukerspots ok to use?
A: No. it's a bannable offence

Q:What are nuker spots?
A:places mobs cannot enter, but from where you can shoot.

Q: What are LoS spots?
A: places where you cannot attack or be attacked. using them is a bannable offence

Q:What can you tell me about getting the TGW epi?
A: Use bracers that are atleast +8, with 1k Y, Y,B or S dmg (i reccomend psyhycal). Use a rage pill if you have one. Look down with maximum zoom, to avoid lag. i advice trying after GL6

Q:What epi is the best for nukers?
A:I prefer Icy conqueror sealed for pvp and pve, and some use shen mo in pvp.

Q: What build should i have at FC, and what masteryes should i have been completed?
A:sonething like this: STR 14, ESS 105, Wis 300, Con 65, Dex 14. You should have completed your para nuke and stun nuke duration mastery, and almost completed the cooldown reduction mastery.

Im new to 9dragons and wondered if someone can help me out please :)

1. when do i get to re arrange my atributes, cos at the moment its all on strength but i wanna be a nuker (im still vagabond gathering chi 6 at the moment)

2. what is anger/rage?

3. which classes and clans are best?

4. can i have some general tips on 9dragons please?

@sw33n3ybill you get free arrangements at OC1 and EC6. You also have a quest in hefei that does that once, but save it for later.

2. After you crit / take enogh crits you enter anger mode. This means you deal more damage for a short period, and your defence is lowered. You can double click the icon that appears to deal even more damage, and get you def lowered again.

3. As I haven't played in a while, I can't really say who dominates pvp and pve now.

@MucoOwnage Well, I've never had a big warrior of myself (The one in the other vid isn't mine), so I'm afraid I will be wrong if I give an exact build. Anyway you should focus on str, adding equal con and dex (Let's say 1 con 1 dex 2 str). Don't do like that for all the levels tho. Build as you fill fit: If you miss yellow mobs, add more dex. If you don't, go for strength and constitution.

@MucoOwnage well, as far as i know you can't really beat a nuker those days with a pve build, and you need at least PS in order to do that invincible pvp build :/

HEY GUYS I WAS WONDERING IF YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE I wanna be a Nuker in Heavenly demon, but I hear theres a bug on the bloodhorned chimera quest, where you can fail real easy, and are unable to retry the quest, is there a way past this? like if i reached Opening chi 2 or before i took that quest would i do it real easy? please reply will be really appreciated :) much respect to You all, im new to 9dragons but its amazing
