mine had an ink imcompatability, but I was able to reset it with the help of another youtube video. quality has been good other than that. :)

This is a great all in one printer very good machine dont see why people are writeing bad comments on it had mine for a few years now and still going strong no problems, and it does have good support and updates

Worked great for a month or two. Printing still works, scanning does not! Very little support on-line. Don't buy this product.
