I have this game's hack, where you play as mario, and he saves Chun Li at the end, Mario also had infinite special moves, so the game became rather easy.
It's name is mario 10.

This game was in the Video Game Vault on Screwattack about a week or so ago.
They didn't metion anything about Jackie Chan getting abilities from his fallen enemies.
Kirby stole the move from Jackie.lol
