hey what was wrong with your pool.. i know you said it was defective pool. was it the top rim by anychance? or was it like a leak in the seam? how are you enjoying your new one ?!?

@SatyTech85 it was the top rim. It wouldnt hold air and I couldnt find a leak anywhere. Im no master handyman but I know how to fix things. The leak ws undetecible so customer service sent us a new one. Hope that helps!

@trucklover9 OK here it goes again, we had a defective pool. you return a cut out of the side and a cut out of the bottom to the pool compnay, I would think so the pool is rendered useless. after they receice the peices they send you a new pool. thier customer service was great, we have a new pool and all is good

we had to do the same thing with our metal frame pool. I punched some holes in the side with a pitch fork. The kids had a lot of fun with it. I will hand it to intex. It was pretty hassle free. We sent them the pieces they requested and they sent a new liner in about 2 weeks.
