Hey i know u might not answer me but i have a question how many times do u go to the gym per wwek cause im 14 about 250 ib and i realy have to lose weight :(thanks for the help mayby u can Pm and help me ty =)

Hey!!! where u been? Havent seen any videos lately :( I hope your doing well. You might wanna look up Intuitive Eating!! That might work better for you cuz I know you sorta get obsessed with food and weight & it has helped me a lot. People with eating disorders use it to break free from unhealthy relationships with food. Just thought id let you know!!!

hey vince, yay for the loss! what's your workout regimen like at the gym? and youre absolutely right- sticking with it is the hardest part, sticking with healthy eating and regular exercise on a consistent basis is tough work!

@mylenesays thanks for commenting! honestly, right now, my workout regimen at the gym is just like 35 mins on the treadmill, running 1 mile at 6.0(10 min mile) then walking like a minute or two, then running another 10 min mile, then fast walking....then after the gym, i come home and do push ups and crunches and then again at night
