  • Hey!!! where u been? Havent seen any videos lately :( I hope your doing well. You might wanna look up Intuitive Eating!! That might work better for you cuz I know you sorta get obsessed with food and weight & it has helped me a lot. People with eating disorders use it to break free from unhealthy relationships with food. Just thought id let you know!!!

  • hey vince, yay for the loss! what's your workout regimen like at the gym? and youre absolutely right- sticking with it is the hardest part, sticking with healthy eating and regular exercise on a consistent basis is tough work!

  • @mylenesays thanks for commenting! honestly, right now, my workout regimen at the gym is just like 35 mins on the treadmill, running 1 mile at 6.0(10 min mile) then walking like a minute or two, then running another 10 min mile, then fast walking....then after the gym, i come home and do push ups and crunches and then again at night
