My tiny oversplits and the recent situation of the middle split. No need to say that I stretch slightly more during the lessons (here I train on my own). Kind comments are welcome, thanks for watching

  • Jealous! I've been working on the splits for about 6 months and still can't get 'em. :-(

  • @AnneCathrynCushing come on, don't be jealous, you can get them too, just remember that it took me about 2 years to get them so don't expect miracles in 6 months!

  • you are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations, your flexibility is always better

  • @flexifan thanks, you're so kind and supportive :)

  • just some advice i was told. if u dont want splits to hurt or anything or if you just want to go further try staying in the splits or over splits for about 45 seconds or a minute. it really does help!

  • not trying to be mean but in the first over split your back leg is sideways the top of your foot has to be touching the ground and your middle split is more like a very wide strattle not a split

  • what a beautiful girl...

  • try to get down in your normal split first then lifting your leg up onto a book. i personally think it's easier rather than putting my foot on the books first. just a suggestion. you're doing great though (: keep it up.

  • you use the books for more tension im guessing?
